    Welcome to 'Silver Strand Escape'! Our home is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that makes it easy to fully embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the relaxed California beach vibe that so many visitors come to experience. The home is ideally located within an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, making it simple to spend your days enjoying the ocean, the sunshine, and the fresh coastal air whenever the mood strikes.

    Inside the main upstairs unit, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen-sized bed. Take in the stunning sunsets and refreshing ocean breeze from the front balcony.

    Additionally, you'll have access to the garage, complete with a washer/dryer and extra storage space.

    Included with your stay is a charming detached downstairs unit; a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that offers added comfort and flexibility. It’s ideal for couples, extended family, or anyone looking for a bit of extra space and privacy.

This location was perfect, walking distance to Silver Strand Beach, and close driving distance to Ventura and Ojai.We had access to both units, my parents took the upstairs unit because they like separate bedrooms, and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs unit with the one bedroom. Both units have a full kitchen, which was convenient, but we pretty much hung out altogether in the upper unit for meals. Place was clean and had all the amenities needed. The lower unit has A/C, but for the upper unit, opening the windows to get cross ventilation kept the place cool.My only comment is that maybe an extra mirror or full length mirror would be nice in the bedroom, there was just the medicine cabinet mirror over the sink, but if my husband was occupying the bathroom, I had to wait for him to get finished to use the mirror. We enjoyed the stay and check-in instructions were easy. We never had to contact the host for anything during the stay. Would have been a little more convenient if there was an inside door connecting the 2 units, but it was fine.
