Driveway Parking- You have the left side of our double driveway- Fits 2-3 cars comfortably or even a U-Haul during move in/out season at Miami!

Ultraviolet (UV) germicidal light- long story short, our furnace has a hospital grade germ killer to keep us all safe!

No cleaning fee ever, we like to keep it simple

Bonus Points:
Our two sweet dogs might pop by outside to say hi (they are professional treat testers). We have an invisible fence that prevents them from coming into your area - so if you aren't dog friendly- no worries! If you are- they will gladly accept petting if you enter the flagged area.
