Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
I give this flat 5 stars mostly because of the location and the communication with the manager. We've stayed here for 9 days, reservation was made way ahead, but when we arrived the apt wasn't cleaned. I texted the manager, he sent cleaning team immediately. Explained that cleaning team is very busy? Well, it's not like we've arrived without a warning. The code for the lock box wasn't given to us not 3 or 2 or even 1 day before the arrival, but during our flight and because we called directly to the owner. After the cleaners finally came and cleaned, the apartment started to look ok. Very outdated but clean. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for 4 people. Lots of clean towels, toilet paper and there're extra pillows and blankets. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy-lots of homeless people but they're mostly friendly. One was sleeping on the entrance porch the entire time we were staying, he was polite and his dog was well trained. In the square there's a town market (on and off) so assembling and disassembling cause lots of noise especially at night, just be aware. I mean it's really LOUD at 3am despite apartment windows facing the parking lot on another side. The towel rack went cold (turned off by itself) on the second day and we couldn't find a switch to turn it on, so had to use lots of extra towels and a drying rack. The flat's close to most of the colleges, churches, restaurants, the train station and the bus station is right under the windows. Id stay here again.
