We had paid for this room over $200. It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was a handicap room and the bathroom was old and ugly. It had a shower chair (we are not wheelchair or handicapped). We had to call the front desk because it was 1 am and the noise in the room next to us was unbearable! ...

Hotel was older, bathroom not particularly clean, only two towels weee provided for three days, washcloth still had makeup on them, only one bag of coffee was provided in room upon arrival, no pool towels were out.
