This hotel feels far from what you’d expect from a Hyatt. I’m not sure the convenience of direct terminal access makes up for the outdated rooms, the very disappointing buffet breakfast, and the high price compared to other nearby airport hotels.

Hotel is definitely outdated, room is old with smell. hot shower however and the cool AC doing the sprint time at this point to the budget hotel you know complain anything I mean it’s kind of fair real, and beside the location is easy to transportation from airport or South Park or downtown

No business center/computer in lobby to use. 5th floor ice machine did not work. Besides that room & lobby were clean and check in agent was excellent
