The staff is just excellent and so helpful. Location is great !

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

Amazing as always. Dorsett Wanchai is our go-to hotel in London!

Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!

Teaspoon in room was not cleaned properly. Still sticky with stained.

The Onyx gym is excellent with full gym equipment and facilities. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended if a good gym is a priority

Self sufficient place. Don’t expect much but rooms are great and location is also very nice. Extremely clean and staff is very helpful and professional.

Great location, 2 mins from MTR Clean and modern

I have stayed here many times before and am not disappointed once again

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which...

I stayed at Aki for almost a week. It was great

This is a really great property in a wonderful location. The hotel is really close to central but also a stroll from Wan Chai. Great for a tourist to get out and explore the city of Hong Kong and easy to the MTR/Bus or Tram. A short walk to the harbour for walks and runs. There are lots of restaurants (European/North American/Asian) near and plenty of local shops as well. So I’m burying this further down, as it’s not really a reflection of the hotel, just on my trip to Hong Kong. I came...

Pros: Staff warm and excellent, room great and 2 mins from MTR Cons: Partially obscured view Tip There is no down escalator at the A3 exit of the MTR. The lift is at the back of the entrance some 20 yards away.
