Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Washer dryer in bathroom sounds odd but is actually quite useful. Quality coffee machine Food - lobby cafe in 19th is superb. Vfm tasty lunches and ala carte dinners. Buffets for the trealy hungry. Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!

Teaspoon in room was not cleaned properly. Still sticky with stained.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. The Onyx gym is excellent with full gym equipment and facilities. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended if a good gym is a priority

Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities.The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after....

Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again.
