The host quickly answered questions we had as this was our first time in the area. We would definitely recommend this beautifully decorated condo."

"The house was immaculate, and JT and Buffy provided everything we needed for a great stay! We lost power briefly because of a storm, and I contacted Buffy. She called me back within a few minutes, reported the outage and reassured me that restoration of services would be efficient, which it was. The beach was beautiful and easy to access, the binder of information she provided was very thorough and accurate, and the space was everything me, my husband, 3 adult children, and my yellow Lab needed for a wonderful time. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Great location, instructions and communication was great. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean which we really loved as we had a baby so spent more time indoors than we usually would have. Easy access to the beach and we loved the pool. The condo was spacious and had all the things we needed for our stay."

"Your CommentsOur stay at Blue Crush was good. At this price point it really should be “excellent”. The house was adequately furnished and in good shape on the inside. We utilized 8 of the 10 bedrooms and there were no complaints. There was a lot of room for everyone to enjoy themselves while inside without tripping over each other, etc. The elevator was an added bonus as it helped transport baggage and groceries (kitchen is on the third floor). This was a family vacation and so we cooked dinner every evening for everyone. We were able to fit everyone around the two tables, combined, but note that if you have more than 15 people, this may not be possible. The pool is in good shape and was a good place to hang when returning from the beach or in the evenings. Beds were comfortable but at this price point they could be upgraded. The WiFi worked “fairly” well but once you got to the upper level, it was spotty at best. One would argue that you’re not here to use the WiFi, but it is 2026 and WiFi connections are not only a reality, but also a necessity. Kitchen appliances were average. Not all the burners were operational on the two stoves, but having two stoves/ovens in the main kitchen was a plus (since we cooked for 15 every night). Multiple fridges/freezers were located throughout the house, again another bonus. But, as experiences in our previous trips to the OBX, one of the main fridges/freezers broke down and even though it was reported, it was never fixed during our stay."
