"All was good, staff was fantastic. Being I such a hot and humid climate, and the heavy use of AC, there must be some attention to the walls and ceilings regarding mold and mildew. Our room was barley noticeable, others reported to us their rooms were slightly worse. It's expected in this tough environment, just saying others may not be as understanding. All in all, great experience, we would come back."

"Ariana is a phenomenal host, and the home is absolutely gorgeous. From the minute we booked the listing, Ariana was the kindest and warmest person to talk to. I genuinely felt like she was excited that we were going to enjoy her home. When we arrived, the home was impeccably clean. And we're sticklers for clean rentals, so I don't use that phrase lightly. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job! It's a beautiful home, perfectly situated close to the beach. We went in the middle of August and the beach access was just the right amount of busy. The location of the home is perfect, too. It was so easy to take our boys for an evening walk on the beach on the first day and then walk one block over the next day for some delicious ice cream at The Spot (highly recommend it). Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful, convenient location for a nice stay in Nags Head, you'd be really missing out if you didn't talk to Ariana and check out this place!"

"We loved the location. There are a few things that should be stated in advance in the overview of the cottage details.There is a extra-charge to use the gas grill. There is an extra charge if you bring a pet!The backyard isn't fenced in! The host did put in more lighting outside when asked. This was very helpful when using the outdoor stairs to go in and out of the cottage."
