The Ouray Nook – Modern Comfort & AC | Sleeps 4

This beautiful Ouray Condo is conveniently located one block from Main Street yet very quiet! Steps away from shopping, restaurants, Perimeter trail & world-famous Ice Park! About one hour drive to Telluride. Updated & stylish w/ upgraded king bed, memory foam sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen appliances w/ air fryer! The condo is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families/groups of 4 looking for a place to relax. Enjoy the hammock chairs or sit by the fireplace after great adventures.

My unit is the end unit of the complex, very private. Stunning views! You can't beat the location. Plenty of open parking spaces. Once you park your car, it's very easy to get around the town. The condo has High- Speed-Internet!
I’m happy to provide beach towels for you to take to the Hot Springs, board games, puzzles, coffee & tea, oatmeal, popcorn, and spice assortments to cook at home. The coined laundromat is just around the corner from the unit.

Pet Policy- We love animals, but out of respect for our home and other guests, we only allow a hypo-allergenic dog with a $75 non-refundable pet fee. Please ask about your dog’s breed before booking. Only one dog is allowed per stay. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the condo all-day and keep them off the couch & bed.

Our stay in Ouray was simply amazing. It is such a beautiful place and still maintains that hidden getaway feel. Truly is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. What a Gem! Our a condo was very clean and had a very personal touch to it. Bed was excellent. Loved the place.

Nice place.

We were only there for one night and it was nice. Updated interior amenities and great location. The small area on the property to landscape needs some attention IMO. Easy check in/out and attentive host.
