Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We absolutely loved the place and would rebook if we came back to Ouray!! Unfortunately the hot springs closed the days we were hoping to go so I was disappointed that happened. We travelled to this beautiful place to see my daughter Lauren marry her best friend and soulmate Chris! The views from the home were fantastic and home was cozy, clean and spacious !
