This beautiful, spacious condo is located right off Main Street in Ouray.

The location provides easy access to everything Ouray/Ridgway/Telluride have to offer. Ouray has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. Don't miss the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Three en suite bedrooms are set up perfectly for you to unpack and enjoy your own private space.

Master bedroom: king bed located upstairs.

Bedroom #2: 2 sets of bunkbeds located upstairs

Bedroom #3: Queen bed located on the first floor walk-in level

Sleeper sofa: Queen sleeper sofa located in the main living area on the second floor.


The living/dining/kitchen is appointed perfectly for you and your friends to gather during your stay. The modern kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Light the fireplace and gather around the dining room table that easily fits 8-10 people. There is also a large TV located in the living room area. Cable and WIFI are provided for your convenience.


Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Any evidence of animals will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Guest will have access to the one car attached garage.

Beautiful Ouray

This was a good home base for our visit. Every room has its own bathroom so we had our own little space but then we could all be together in the main room and kitchen. It was very comfortable and perfect for our trip.

Great location close to town. Well equipped however would be nice to have had fans in the bedrooms to drown out the highway noise. The grill was not clean and almost caused a fire. We had messaged ahead of time to ask specifically about grilling and we’re told the condo had a grill available for us to use. We ended up not being able to use some of the food we brought because the grill was so dirty and unable to be used. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with a few adjustments we would stay again.

Perfect Property…Great Host!

We’re so happy we rented this condo! We drove in from Tucson, AZ to spend a few days in Colorado and celebrate our anniversary. Location was perfect…right off Main Street, only 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the heart of Ouray, but just far enough from the (sometimes) congested downtown area to give you a peaceful, private, and secluded experience. AND the condo came with a one car garage! How convenient is that? The house was uber cleen! I mean not a speck of dust, grime, or dirt ANYWHERE. The linens were just as clean, super soft, and not the least bit worn. Trust me when I say that I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Because of this, we’ve passed on or checked out of many hotels (and restaurants) early if they didn’t feel, smell, or look clean. Did not apply here! The condo felt like home. Super comfy, cozy, and well equipped. During our 4 night stay we had planned to prepare a couple meals at home, so having a kitchen equipped with most of the tools, pots and, pans you would have in your own home was ideal. Sara offered nice touches, such as ground coffee, bottled water, some dry goods, and plenty of paper goods. 100% happy with our host and the property & will be back! I’m telling you, it was hard to leave! 1 item worth commenting, the living room could benefit from more low lighting. You have plenty ceiling mounted down lights; I would just add a table lamp to both of the side table. Table lamps can help create ambience & can lights can be hard on the eyes!

Family wedding

We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and spacious

Property was very clean! We loved the large space to spread out after several hotel nights. It was nice and quiet. I also appreciated that the blinds were dark enough to block the morning sun. Nice property in a beautiful town!
