We are located directly across from Fellin Park with easy access to the park and dog walking trail. It's a short 2 block walk to the Ouray Hot Springs. We are right on Main Street a short walk the other direction to all the restaurants, shopping and downtown hang out spots. You will be centrally located for any activity. Relax in the living room with TV and satellite, WI-FI and walking distance to the Ouray Hot Springs, Fellin Park and nearby trails. Enjoy majestic mountain views, deer grazing in the park and beautiful sunsets while you grill out. Interior is an open concept living space with fully furnished kitchen, eat in area and living room, perfect for entertaining. Excellent views of the surrounding town and mountains. Casual outdoor space with table and seating with a gas grill. Whether you want to relax after a day of hiking or soaking, or spend time with your guests, the Garden View Condo is certain to meet your needs. "Garden View" Condo (First Floor) will have access to the side yard deck with table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit is the entire first floor of the house. We have an in-town property manager, who will be available 24/7 to assist with any needs during your stay. Ouray is "The Switzerland of America" due to the mountains rising straight up out of town. Its small mountain town vibe is rooted in its mining history. You won't find a better place to "escape from it all", than Ouray. Our house is centrally located with easy walking distances to the Hot Springs, Uncompahgre River, hiking trails and downtown Ouray featuring local restaurants and shops. We are a pet friendly place and love our furry friends. For a $100 pet fee, you can bring your four legged friend with you on vacation. The beds were comfortable, the furniture wasn't old and run down and the house was nicely decorated. Nice size kitchen and 2 baths made it a comfortable stay for us. This location is great because it's right next to the park and right off the main road which keeps you from having to deal with a bunch of mud on most of the side streets. It's also a perfect walking location to all the shops and restaurants. We had plenty of space for our little family and were very comfortable. The only thing with the house is if you stay in the front room with the bunk beds, I would recommend keeping at least one of the doors open so the room doesn't get too hot. We setup our daughter's pack-and-play in there and noticed how hot the room got when we checked on her during the night, but once we opened up the doors, it cooled right down. ##### Rue C. The silverware was in the island which took some looking but made sense once we figured it out. We loved having our own off street parking right on the edge of town, easy to walk to the pool, visitors center, restaurants and shopping, fishpond with turtles. The mountain above us was stunning and just sitting on the front porch and looking up was intense. The ac unit kept the summer temp cool and comfy. This house was perfect—clean, cozy, and set against the most stunning mountain backdrop. It’s walkable to town but still feels peaceful and private. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning and coming back to relax after long hikes. The hosts were great, and everything was seamless. We’ll definitely be back! ##### zac w.
