Easy access to the city and most importantly both the train and bus station to get you to your next destination. Also easy to get to airport from the bus station.

We had an extremely hard time finding the place. It felt like having to do a scanvenger hunt to find the apartment. The "pick up" location is different from where the actual apartment is. The instructions sent weren't as clear & the sauna did not work. However the place was nice and comfy, walking distance to the train station.

Thank you for your review. When you made the reservation it was clearly stated what all apartment located at different addresses. Two days before your arrival you got detailed instructions with maps and even pictures. But even without instructions - all apartments located within 1 km at the absolute center of Oulu and really easy to find at main streets. Sauna, of course, was working and it is just one turn of timer to switch it on. And we was just in one call/message from you if you need any support.

It was an amazing room
Checked in smoothly, got a room with gleaming equipment in a new apartment, seen the northern lights through the windows on balcony was so cozy, location is great close to every spot, would recommend everyone to stay!!

Clean, well equipped and convenient location.
Clean, well equipped and convenient location. Arriving by train, I found it a little difficult to find initially. Found the key but despite having a rough idea of how to find the building, had a small problem locating the apartment. Perhaps more detailed instructions/map with key may help. Location an easy walk to town centre and market square as well as nearby attractions. Sauna next to bathroom was a welcome feature although, once again, clear instructions on how to operate would have been handy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Cheap, nice, and bizarre. No actual hotel or lobby
What a bizarre concept. There is no actual hotel. In fact there is no actual lobby. There was just a word on the street at the location listed where are you Open a key box, get a key, and have to drive to another location to find your apartment room. It is all very confusing and frustrating as well as taking a great deal to find the place. Once there everything was very good and clean. This was not made clear on your site and it must be done so for the future. The price was also excellent. Still it is a strange concept and very difficult to understand what was going on when I was trying to find the room.

Was a pleasant stay, with everything I needed to cook. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was fine. Just follow the email instructions and your stay will be fine.

Great place to stay.
Comfortable one bedroom apartment,right in the city centre. Parking is available all around, never had a problem finding a spot. Was there for 8 days.For the price, you will not find something better in the city.

Roomy and clean appartment.
An appartment so you pick up the key in a locked box then you're on your own. Fairly large appartment, full kitchen and separate bedroom. Good WiFi. Very clean and close to everything. Quiet area.

Asunto oli siisti, sisälsi kaiken mitä pitikin (ylikin) ja oli hiljainen! Olimme todella tyytyväisiä. Hyvää kommunikointia ja etenkin sähköpostien kuvat auttoivat löytämään esim rapun oven.

I was able to spend there comfortably because there was very clean and useful equipment. Once, Internet connection doesn't work, but the owner fixed it immediately.

Viihtyisä ja edullinen majoitus Oulussa
Viihtyisä ja edullinen majoitus aivan Oulun keskustassa. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli tarvittavia mukavuuksia, esimerkiksi kahvinkeitin ja kahvia, jos olisin halunnut kupposen keittää. Vessassakin oli joitain hygieniatuotteita. Jäi hyvä mieli siitä, että näin edulliseen hintaan sai näin hyvän majoituksen. Lisäksi paikka sijaitsi aivan rautatieaseman tuntumassa joten ei tullut kovaa kiirettä lähdössä. Suosittelen!
