"We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. Several reviews were critical of the wifi service in the guest rooms. We experienced reliable service and were able to stream videos. Also the hotel lives up to its name - it is very clean!"

"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. "The room was clean but the shower was hard to manage.Also, there is no water heater or cups for making coffee or tea . The only thing that i liked the most was the staff ,they were super nice ."

"Older style hotel that has seen better days. Nonetheless, it was convenient to main street, the room was clean and the area was quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would recommend to budget minded traveller."

Hotel El Aurassi

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
