Stayed for 3 nights while on a business trip. It is a lovely property with an outstanding view of the sea and the city. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The downside has to do with the average staff. Check-in was extremely painful and I had to swap rooms twice before finding the right one. Breakfast was nice if you showed up early... if you didn't, the buffet would be messy and mostly missing everything... so service in general could use a revamp. Nonetheless, the property itself makes up for most of the service shortcomings...

I stayed at two weeks at the Best Western in Oran. The staff were very friendly and communicated with me in English (unfortunately I do not know French or Arabic). They helped me to exchange Euros to local currency at very competitive rates and also provide excellent suggestions to do some local sight seeing. Breakfast choice was very good. Will definitely this hotel to anyone who travels to Oran.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we loved it. Our room had a private balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay the best. We highly recommend this hotel and we definitely will stay here again.
