Faded glory - and it must have been glorious. The rooms are large and light and all seem to have balconies. The staff in all areas of the hotel do all they can to help in spite of my lack of French.

Stayed there between 14th-21st September 2015. I was picked up from the airport on time and I got to the hotel within twenty minutes or so. I had a lovely room on the fourth floor (415), with a large balcony, view over the boulevard and a great sea view. You can see "front mer".
The room mini bar was replenished every day with soft drinks, fizzy and non fizzy water. I greatly appreciated the welcome gesture of a miniature mouse/cookies when I got back to my room, on the day of arrival.
The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing, walking distance to various sought after places. I was born in Oran and I've never stayed in a hotel there before, because I have family near by but I have enjoyed my own space, the peace and quiet after a busy day.
The hotel offers a large selection of breakfast items, cooked fresh to order.
I must say that I stayed in various hotels both in Europe and USA and I must say this hotel focus was not getting you to pay for every little extra things. You can sit at the bar and enjoy an expresso, at no extra charge during your breakfast time. I had by breakfast delivered to my room again at no extra charge.
I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

I really like the hotel. However, when I arrived Mr. Hassan at the reception completely ignore me. I booked two rooms one for me and other for my translator but just one room was reserved. I showed him the Expedia reservation for two rooms and he told me his hotel has nothing to do with Expedia and he said his hotel just honor reservation from ACC (Algeria Conseil Center). At the beginning he ignore me completely just talking to my translator but when I spoke English he understood everything perfectly. Soon I discovered he was able to speak English. Bottom line, I have to pay for the second room and felt very discriminated by Mr. Hassan just because I do not speak French.
When we opened the room we could see a awful housekeeper service. The room doesn't have towels and when I requested, just one came, even they knowing that I have my wife. The room of my translator when he opened, the housekeeper forgot to clean the room from the night before. They have to give him another room much small than the other one. Good hotel, good location but Mr. Hassan and the housekeeper team need to improve a lot to work in a hotel like that.
Next morning Mr. Hassam has gone and the new team of the reception was super. Very professional Mr. Mourad make me fell important for the hotel. I would want to pay by credit card by the line was off and he handle the situation excellent solving my problem. I will return this hotel definitely for the treatment that Mr. Mourad gave me in the next morning!
