Firstly, they require a 10,000 DZD deposit upon check-in, but they don't inform you that this deposit is specifically for late check-out. If you charge any food to your room, they will call you as late as 1 AM, insisting that you immediately pay the restaurant bill, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and there is mold in the bathrooms. Additionally, the room service is extremely poor—you could be calling them around the clock, yet your requests may never be fulfilled. Where do u start! Extremely disappointed! And frustrated me and my wife and our 8 month old baby and years old daughter had a terrible experience! Up on arrival Freida was welcoming and tried her best to help, however the check in was meant to be at 15:00 but we didn’t get a room till 17:30! We got to the room air conditioning don’t work! Only fan mode the room was boiling hot! The fridge didn’t work I tried calling reception from the room and guess what! The phone didn’t work!!! They replaced the fridge but all our baby food gone off as the new fridge needed a longer time to start cooling over 24hrs , the following day! The water cut out for few hours! And this kept happening 2 times a day every single day during our stay! The poor staff were responsive when we went down to speak to them but there is nothing that they can do not one single manger came out to speak to me and apologise or even explain this water cut ! I couldn’t shower or was our kids!
