About this property

Cozy vacation home in Oudesluis. On the canal and boat with electric outboard motor.

  • Our holiday house No. 8 is located in the quiet bungalow park t´Zijper Eilant in Oudesluis about 9 km from the Callantsoog North Sea beach.
    The house has approximately 85 m² of living space, 2 terraces, three bedrooms, including a single room, a shower room, toilet (bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms). Bed linen and towels are not available and should be brought along.

    A cozy, high quality living and kitchen area with TV (satellite), DVD, stereo, WiFi, fridge, oven etc. There is a restaurant on site.

    The house has direct access to the surrounding canal with its own jetty. From here you can plan leisurely boat tours with a paddle or motor. There is a boat rental company in town. Of course, the jetty is also ideal for fishing.

    Shops:
    Supermarkets at 4 km in Anna Paulowna and Schagen at about 8 km. The beautiful historic cities of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Den Helder are nearby and can be easily reached in 30 minutes by car.
    In our facility there is also a large swimming pool for free use. With the motorboat you can go directly behind our house or from our harbor to the Amstelmeer and via locks to the North Sea.

Great family time

Despite a discrepancy in the house location, we had a stunning timr in Oudesluis. The house is great and well adapted to families with young kids. The neighborhood is quite with a safe playground nearby. The area is great to visit the region. Great time!

Ein schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Leider gab es den beschriebenen Bootssteg nicht mehr. Das Boot muss im nahe gelegenen „Hafen“ zu Wasser gelassen werden - das ist aber keine große Sache. Man sollte sich auch bewusst sein, dass die nächste Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen etwa 5 KM entfernt ist. Als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Fahrradtouren ist die Lage durchaus gut.

Wir wurden kurz nach Bezug des Hauses von Herrn Winter aufs herzlichste begrüßt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und hat fast alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Holland und wir werden sicherlich wieder anreisen.... ein besseres Wetter hätte dem Aufenthalt gut zu Gesicht gestanden.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer schönen Lage. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet und man hat alles was man braucht Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Mit dem Auto waren viele Spots schnell erreichbar.Bei Fragen war der Vermieter erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Kommen gern wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es sind sehr viele Haushaltsgeräte wie Toaster, Waffeleisen, Eierkocher, Mixer usw vorhanden.Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank waren vorhanden. Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle. Die Couch ist sehr bequem, das Einzelbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.Das Bad ist sehr klein und für Menschen mit fülligeren Umfang eine Herausforderung. Im großen und ganzen hat uns das Haus aber von innen sehr gut gefallen. Nur sollte dort das Reinigungspersonal auch mal unter Schränken oder hinter dem Einzelbett putzen. Die Außenanlage der Garten und Vorder Bereich bedarf einiges an Pflege. Überall stand das Unkraut, wie z. B auf der Terrasse und vor der Eingangstüre.Auch die Fenster waren recht schmutzig. Der Zugang zum Steg war kaum möglich, weil es total zugewachsen war. Das Gartenhaus ließ sich erst garnicht aufschließen.

Nettes Haus am Kanal in Nordholland

Unser Kurztrip nach Nordholland war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell am Strand (z.B. Callantsoog). Es gibt viele hübsche Städte, wie Alkmaar in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Gibt nicht viel zu sagen - war einfach toll! Haben eine Woche hier verbracht, eigentlich zu kurz. Das Haus ist super schön, sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir sind alle etwas kurz geraten, von daher war es etwas schwierig, sich im Badezimmerspiegel zu sehen 😂 Schade war, dass gerade der Pool in der Anlage abgelassen wurde, aber alles halb so schlimm, muss ja schließlich auch gemacht werden. Mit unseren Leihfahrrädern von Fred's Verhuur waren wir ruckzuck am Strand. Ganz vielen Dank und viele Grüße von der ganzen Family ❤️

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Das Häuschen war sehr nett und auch sauber genug. Bad und WC waren etwas eng, aber machbar und okay. Hier und da hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Was aber eigentlich als einziges wirklich gestört hat, war der strenge modrige Geruch aus dem Bad, den wir aber mit Duftsteinen relativ in den gut Griff bekommen haben. Der Ort und dir Lage sind perfekt. Konnten von dort sehr viel mit dem Auto unternehmen.

Rundum Zufriedenpaket

Wir haben alles ordentlich und sauber angetroffen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten viele schöne Städtchen besuchen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte ein wenig größer sein.
