"The easy proximity to the ferry, and the balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and promenade were such welcomed bonuses. Even when it rained we could sit and enjoy the view with the fresh air coming in, with plenty of space. We stayed in the family room, with lake view. Breakfast could not have been better. "Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
