"Underwhelming. Slow service, uncomfortable beds. Didn’t meet expectations or what we expected of this hotel, sadly. "

"The hotel was a great experience. The two bedroom suite came with all the utensils and dishware you need in the kitchen. There was a dryer and washer in the room, however, the washer ruined some of our underwear. The dryer worked with no issues. There was dish soap and dishwasher soap provided with the hotel. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Having two bathrooms was beneficial. The pool was warm and good for the kids. The only downfall of our stay was that there was rarely towels available at the pool. One evening we had to go back to the hotel with no towels. However, our overall experience was amazing and we would stay here again."

"Stayed for a night, was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews. However, everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, modernized and spacious. Our room had a whole kitchen with everything you would need including a full size fridge. We stopped by early to see if we could park the vehicle on the available onsite parking and we were informed our room was ready and we could check in about 3 hours earlier than expected. Close to everything, including grocery store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! Downside: Underground parking is limited"

"Huge motel in a Good location. Lots of restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Room was clean. Turning A/C was tricky. Instructions were only in French. Breakfast was continental style but loved the speciality coffee machine. Would definitely book again!"

"Excellent location! Clean unit. Really nice to have a kitchen. Pool is lovely. Only complaint is the electrical outlets are loose so it was hard to charge devices."
