Ok. This is a three star “resort”. Charging five star prices. If you are coming here because you cannot make it to the Dells. Just Remember it is an aging property that is not well kept up. And definitely do not eat at Jack’s. Go into town. You will be a lot happier with that dinning experience.

It appears this property has just turned over management to a bunch of eager, but way too inexperienced 16 year olds. They have to get their room TV situation fixed. TV kept losing network and no cable offerings or even live local television. Their room TVs only had ROKU and that is the worst tv streaming service there is.

What I did not like was that people were wearing their street clothes in the hot tub and pool area. When I asked a staff member , a teenager, if that was allowed, he did not know the answer. I would appreciate if they had an adult supervising how people are dressed to use the swimming facilities.

Checked in at 3:45, room not ready. Overpriced food buffet for what you get. Cold pancakes and eggs not worth it. Mini-golf never open. Found out on checkout day, bar placed a 267% tip on my bill, which was totally incorrect. Credit card company, alerted me. Had to get hotel to remove. Great location, for hiking, bit otherwise meh.

Our King jacuzzi suite was lovely and spacious except for the shower curtain with the mold on it. I reported it at the front desk twice asking for a replacement and didn't get any results before our stay was over . Very disappointing! Also, the TV/cable services programming was very poor. Very LIMITED programming available.
