It was a cute little basement apt with a patio door to a lower patio so it didn’t seem you were in the basement so much. Very quite space.Location very good. Westboro is a very nice area with shops and restos within walking distance. Bedroom, bathroom very nice and comfortable. Definitely new couch needed as the one there was falling apart and uncomfortable.Parking was brutal. I owned a large car and it was impossible with the space allotted to safely park. If you have a very small vehicle it would be fine. I opted to park on street which is only one hour parking during the day.
