"The views from the deck absolutely cannot be beat. The house itself had great charm - almost a cabin on the ocean vibe. The house is very well stocked with all you would ever need! The path to the beach was indeed challenging due to recent runoff. Additionally, parking was pretty limited. All in all, a great place! We hope to return!"

"We definitely plan on returning to this property. It was a great experience in all ways. Our only "problem" was that it is on a steep hill. Obviously that can't change. And, it was the reason the view was so good!"

"This was the best VRBO we've experienced anywhere!! The attention to detail for every guest need was evident in every room--comfortable beds and pillows, extra bedding, convenient flat surfaces for luggage, etc. It has an amazing and fully equipped kitchen with lots of extra dishes, cooking utensils, nice pots and pans, plenty of cookware, clearly every possible kitchen need was considered (and, everything was in brand new condition!). After having just stayed in another VRBO that did not live...

"My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!"

"Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course."

"Beautiful property. A way down to the beach from the property would be great. The cliff down is to steep. We had a great time."

"The views from this house are stunning. Especially on the top floor. Stairs from bottom level to second floor are very steep and unsafe for people who have issues with mobility. There was plenty of room for our party of seven."

"We were happy with this house. The amenities were appreciated. Loved the deck and firepit as well as the private hot tub. There are paddle boards that were fun to use. Small but very cozy and room for everyone. It was nice having the bay right outside the back door."

"My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on."
