Even in winter, the waves, fireplace and proximity to breweries and restaurants was perfect. The view is even better than the pictures. This is a great condo to stay in. It does need minor maintenance like some touch up paint here and there. But over all it is great. The view is beautiful from the private balcony. Everything worked as described and the room was clean as promised. The bed was a little too stiff for our preference and a king size would be better than a queen.
