Tucked into the mountains of Corse-du-Sud, Ota's stone houses and narrow streets offer a glimpse into authentic Corsican village life. Hike the spectacular Mare e Monti trail or take a short trip to nearby Porto's beaches for swimming and boat tours of the Scandola Nature Reserve.
The apartments were lovely - spacious, very clean and well equipped, with great views. Dana showed us great hospitality and we are grateful to her for making our stay such an enjoyable one.

Beautiful and comfortable old country house with lovely garden in an area with amazing scenery. Lovely views of the lake and close to a cute village. Restaurants and cafes closed until Easter in small villages.
Great area for hiking in the summer. Owner excellent communicator. Good continental breakfast. Highly recommend. Many thanks

We thorougly enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and the facilities were super. We were very early in the season so many preparations and improvements were taking place, so we feel it would have been even better a little later into the month. We particularly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The beautiful beach was very quiet and the walk along the railway path, and on into the town and harbour was a joy.

It’s on great location, next to the river and cool enough from the canyon. We didn’t use the aircon, had the windows wide open and listened to the river run. The staff are friendly and helpful with our almost non existent French.
The hotel is located near the town where you’ll find plenty of options for dinner etc.
And if you continue on the road past the hotel into the canyon you’ll find many hikes starting along the way. All nicely sign posted.
Otherwise they have a pool and two hot tubs to...
