Located in a condominium of identical villas with electric gate, 250 meters from the center of Villanova di Ostuni and 400 meters from the first fine sandy beach. FREE WI FI On the coast of the Ostuni marina, Villanova area, Blue Flag for 27 years, and with recognition of the 5 Sails from Legambiente, rent a brand new villa a stone's throw from the suggestive port of Villanova, Ostuni marina, in a fenced residence with private garden composed of: living room, 2 bedrooms, WC and double veranda 400 meters from the sea with sand and 6 km from the White City. In Villanova there are restaurants-pizzerias, tobacconists' bars, bakeries, pharmacy, mini-market, children's playground, the Naval League, while in Ostuni, a town about 7 km away, there are all the other banking services, especially in the historic centre, characteristic places nightlife and renowned for the most demanding tourists, easily reachable also by public transport made available by the Municipality which connects the marinas to the town and vice versa both during the day and in the evening.
