At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Sehr schön, nur das wir keine wirkliche Adresse hatten wo der Schlüssel zu holen ist bzw. wo die Unterkunft ist. Aber es war trotzdem sehr sehr schön. Gerne wieder.

Ein sauberes, schnuckeliges Appartement, gut eingerichtet (vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts!), ruhige Lage (trotzdem ist von hier aus alles gut zu erreichen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer perfekten Ausstattung, besonders die Ausstattung der Küche ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Ein Manko war allerdings, dass die Sauberkeit gerade zu Covid-19 Zeiten etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ. Krümel auf dem Esstisch müssen nun wirklich nicht sein, genauso wenig wie dicker Staub auf den Nachttischlampen. Das Badezimmer war hingegen sehr sauber, nur der WC-Papier Halter war kaputt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es eine schöne Wohnung in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben und die wir auch noch mal buchen würden.

Die Wohnung ist nichts fürs Auge, da die Einrichtung in die Jahre und aus der Mode gekommen ist. Tut aber nichts zur Sache, denn sie hat wirklich ALLES, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Man hat sehr viel Platz, der Balkon und die Lage sind top. Die Betten sollten allerdings erneuert werden. Sind gemütlich aber knarrzen mittlerweile laut. Leider war bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber, zumindest der Boden hätte besser gesaugt sein können. Fazit: Lage spitze, Ausstattung top, Preis gut, Zustand 7/10.

Ein toller 14 tägiger Urlaub in einer Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir waren das erste aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal an der Ostsee. Wir sehen uns wieder ;-)

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Sauberkeit war top . Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit neuer, sehr praktikabler Küche. Toll auch der Balkon, von dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Prerow mit dem Weststrand und vorgelagerten Urwald ist sowieso einzigartig zum Fahrradfahren und langen Spaziergängen am Meer!

Wir haben uns in der zentral und ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sorgfältig mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet.
