Sunshine house in Baabe - holiday home

  • The holiday house in Baabe, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea. It was built in 2005 and offers up to 6 people enough space. Thanks to the unique location, it is particularly suitable for a family vacation with children.   The cottage has two bedrooms, a fireplace, a terrace and a car park. You are not allowed to smoke in the entire house. Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful beaches Ruegen.

    House:
    The holiday home in Baabe auf Rügen has a floor space of approx. 60 sqm and is spread over two floors. It can accommodate 4-6 people.  The ground floor is the large living room with a cozy sitting area (sofa bed) with satellite TV, underfloor heating and a fireplace. From the living room leads to the house belonging terrace with garden furniture. The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. A separate dining area with a large table for up to 6 people is available. On the ground floor of the house is also a separate toilet with sink.  Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, bedside tables and a linen closet. Also upstairs is the bathroom, equipped with shower / WC and a bathtub.

    Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
