The holiday rental is located in a quiet part of the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe, near Baaber Bollwerk, in a small residential complex consisting of two buildings on the corner of Dorfstraße and Seestraße. The complex was built in 1998, and the apartment was newly renovated in late 2018. Each apartment in the three-story buildings features a terrace or balcony, as well as a lockable bicycle/storage room and a parking space. The town centre, with its restaurants and shops, is just a few metres away, and the beach is also within easy walking distance.
The Naurulokki holiday rental is a two-bedroom apartment with 58 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed. Two additional guests can sleep on a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom features a corner bathtub and a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi. The apartment comes with a reserved parking space (No. II-3) and a shed for storing bicycles and other items (No. II-3)
