Electric heating. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Freezer approx. 60 l. Separate sauna hut (extra). Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet.

Umgebung Super, Haus bescheiden

Vieles Erneuerungs bedürftig Kein WELAN , kein Fernsehprogramm schlechte Matratzen, zum Teil sehr verschmutzt,Matrazenschoner mit Flecken, der Backofen war nicht gereinigt, haben selber Reinigung durchgeführt, zahnbutzbecher waren unzumutbar, an einem Tisch blieb man trotz selbst durchgeführter Reinigung gleben, Dachrinne wurde nach Hinweis von uns vom Vermieter gereinigt sie lief total über viele kleine Mängel,Vermieter war bemüht, hatte aber noch nie ein Haus mit so vielen Beanstandungen

Skuffende

Huset havde flere mangler. To af radiatorerne virkede ikke. Madrasserne på flere af værelserne var ikke særlig behagelige, på sådan en måde at man kunne mærke lammellerne når man lå på dem. Det med at der er tv med internationale kanaler, dækker over at man kan se nogle få obskure spanske og tyske kanaler. Desuden var der ikke batterier i fjernbetjeningen. Derudover var der ikke særlig rent da vi kom, blandt andet i køleskabet. Værten kom flere gange og var meget venlig og rar dog

Haus mit Potenzial

Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und schön. Angeln hat gut geklappt. Das Haus ist äußerlich gepflegt und die Sauna ist auch schön. Leider war das Haus nicht gereinigt und gecheckt. Die Küche ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küchenschränke sind total abgenutzt und sondern Geruch ab. Auch stehen im Wohnraum 2 Esstische, von denen der eine ganz klebrig und nicht nutzbar war. Das sogar die Sauna extra kostet, ist auch sehr sonderbar.

Einfach aber gut

Das Haus wurde inzwischen schwarz gestrichen, dass war etwas verwirrend. Die Betten waren leider alle total durch gelegen. Das Mobiliar ist sehr veraltet. Die Lage ist wunderbar, ganz nah am See. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kamin war an den Abenden wunderbar.

Traumhafte Lage

Super schön,die Natur. Nicht weit zum See mit guten Angelmöglichkeiten. Das geräumige Ferienhaus war zudem auch mit einem guten Ofen ausgestattet,somit war es immer.mollig warm und behaglich. Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Haus am wunderschönen See

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist idyllisch an einem wunderschönen See gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses wirkt abgelebt, die Küchenutensilien sollten erneuert und die Küche entrümpelt werden.... Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Für Ausflüge sind relativ weite Fahrtstrecken zu beachten. Uns hat Varberg immer wieder gut gefallen. Alles in allem haben wir die Einsamkeit am See sehr genossen.
