The check in instructions were very clean and easy to follow. It is a charming hotel in an old building with matching decor. The room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet night. Coffee tea and fruits available on the salon and a hearty breakfast at the konditorei. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to drive the next day. Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa. Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa." However it was unusually warm during my stay and I felt uncomfortable sleeping with my terrace door open, I closed it and was quite hot in my room. I was able to street park easily and the hostel is very well located for walking around town and to the lakefront."
