Rauszeit Vacation Rental

Modern Holiday Rental in the Harz Mountains—arrive, take a deep breath, and feel right at home

Welcome to Ferienwohnungen Auszeit Osterode in Lerbach in the Harz Mountains. Completed in 2024, our holiday rental combines modern, high-quality living with tranquility and nature—ideal for a relaxing getaway, an active holiday in the Harz Mountains, or a workation in the countryside.

When furnishing the space, it was important to us to create a place where you feel at home from the very first moment. Natural clay walls ensure a pleasant indoor climate, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together, and the modern bathroom with a rain shower ensures a relaxing start or end to the day.

You won’t have to do without any technical amenities either: fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet in the rooms, as well as a large 65-inch TV, are all included. This makes the apartment ideal for a workation or a few relaxing days of work in the Harz Mountains.

Many amenities that make your stay more enjoyable are a given here. These include, among other things, laundry facilities, as well as a baby cot, high chair, and supplies for four-legged guests upon request. Dogs are warmly welcome here.

You can also enjoy your time off outdoors: The garden, patio, and barbecue area invite you to relax after a hike or an outing.

The Harz Mountains practically begin right at your doorstep. The holiday rental is located directly at the start and finish area of the Harz Hexenstieg trail. Numerous hiking trails, mountain lakes, and attractions make the surrounding area an ideal starting point for nature and active holidays.

The region also offers summer toboggan runs, high-rope courses, mountain biking trails, thermal spas, caves, and many other attractions. Osterode am Harz is about 4 km away and can be reached by car, bus, or even on foot.

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, hiking, a holiday with your dog, or a workation—at Auszeit Osterode, you’ll find a modern retreat right in the heart of the Harz Mountains.
