An ideal hotel for my visit to Osnabrück. Located near the old town and within walking distance to everything I needed, it was an immaculately clean property, with large spacious rooms that I would definitely return to and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Array of breakfast choice.

Weekend stay
This hotel may have had 5* in the past and could again possibly with a little refurb. The staff & service was great, as the location. I would have liked a kettle in the room and our pillows were very flat although the bed was very comfortable.
It's a 4-star hotel, and it's well deserved. We are a family of 4, got a suite of 66 sqm with a luxury bathroom, 2 rooms en-suite + a smaller one-bed bedroom and a separate second toilet. Very quiet, and at a very reasonable rate. I don't normally write reviews, but this one deserves it. Highly recommended
We had a lovely stay at the hotel, with views over Osnabruck as requested. The only down side was the lack of a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. We also had no air conditioning but were offered fans which were delivered to our room within minutes of requesting them.

Disliked: Staff & service
It was ok in total, nothing special , had a stain on the sheets and the bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean. The staff wasn’t really helpful.
Nice big clean rooms. Car park below hotel had plenty of EV chargers so that was useful. Service was great as well. Location was great - only a 5 min walk to the old town
I stayed here for two days with my family.
It's a little far from the station, but it's well-connected to the city. The facilities are new and clean.
We had some trouble with our reservation, but the front desk staff was able to help us out. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back.
Lovely stay! Polite & helpful reception who upgraded us due to a large wedding event. —great location for walking to interesting landmarks and cozy restaurants. We will return!
I was very impressed by the staff and the quality of this hotel.
The room was large and very nice.
The restaurant and bar was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osnabrück.

One of the worst stays of my life its only good if you need somewhere to stay for a night if you have no other option or if you are there for business otherwise would not recommend.
The hotel has been falling in standard since it was converted from Steigenberger. The hotel is still a nice place to stay but the staff, seems like they sometimes don't know what they're doing and not very customer service focused
Good location close to the city, and friendly staff. We got an upgrade to the executive room. The room was huge (bathroom too), but the bed was too soft and bouncy, and there were no coffee making facilities. For the money they charge, i’d expect that at the very least.
