Pænt rent, men gammel og slidt. Reklamerer med fri gratis parkering, men kunne ikke tilbyde parkeringsplads, da alt var optaget. Tv kanaler virkede ikke.

Hvordan var BW Fagerborg Hotel A/s, spør dere: Det var en skikkelig nedtur og skuffelse! Innsjekk tok lang tid (ikke pga kø — vi var de eneste der), og likevel ble det bare tull! Vi ble spurt om vi ønsket å betale ved innsjekk eller utsjekk. Vi valgte innsjekk da det var av stor betydning for oss da oppholdet strakk seg over mnd-skiftet som bedriften går inn i et helt nytt regnskapsår. Så vi betalte. På tre ulike språk(!) forsikret vi oss om at betalingen gjaldt for det antall netter vi skulle bo på hotellet. Dagen stormet rengj.pers. inn på rommet på tross av "Please do not disturb"-skilt og sa at vi jo skulle sjekke ut. Og det viste seg at nøkkelene våre (tre rom) hadde sluttet og fungere, og at det kun var betalt for én natt (p-beviset var skrevet ut frem til korrekt dato, så det var ikke at resepsjonisten hadde misforstått hvor lenge vi skulle være. Noe som uansett ville vært godt gjort da både vi og han forsikret oss gjentatte ganger om at antall netter var korrekt!) Endog sto det en stor bar-regning på vårt rom da vi skulle sjekke ut — uten at vi hadde vært i baren noen gang, eller benyttet oss av minibar, etc! Det ble sagt at vi var heldige som 'slapp' å betale denne! På ett rom var veggen reparert og pusset, og alt pussestøvet lå igjen på gulvet ved ankomst! Rommet ble heller aldri rengjort, så det lå der da vi reiste også. Ett rom hadde seng med fjærer som forhindret søvn. Rommene er nedslitt. Mye trafikk-støy. Flaut med forr-gjester! Frokost ikke bedre opplevelse.

Ok sted med parkering og ok morgenmad. Var der kun for at tage en tur på skattekontoret. En del larm fra gange. Venligt personale.
