Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Good location right at the train. Plenty of dining options within the building if needed. Check in process could be better. Long line and everything automated. I prefer dealing with humans.

This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier
Nice, clean hotel with cozy rooms by the river. Staff is very friendly,helpful and accomodating. Easy access to shopping, Osaka metro. There is a hotel shuttle from Shin Osaka. Highly recommended.
