Convenient hotel close to Shin-Osaka station

Simple hotel that’s conveniently located. Clean rooms, restaurant in the bottom with a very good Japanese breakfast buffet (not included in stay), also a 7Eleven in the bottom.

Good in terms of amenities and the bathroom is average (a bit cramped), but the (smoking room) bedroom had a strong smell of smoke and the walls had some stains. There is an air purifier at least, but it doesn't remove the smell entirely; I had a hard time breathing at night. Staff were very nice if we needed extra help checking in/out.

部屋の空調の掃き出し口から結露があり床が濡れていました。 就寝時に部屋の温度がかなり低く(温度調整無し)寒かったのでエアコンを切って寝たんですが、朝起きると部屋全体の壁が結露していて壁際に置いていた荷物等が濡れてしまいました。 チェックイン時にその説明がなかったので評価は低くしました。 値段と立地は概ね良かっただけに残念

たまたまシングルと同じ料金でダブルが取れ、広いベッドで眠れたので満足しました。また、いつもホテルに泊まるとよく眠れないのですが、ベッドの硬さやまくらの硬さが丁度よくて、ぐっすり眠れました。ありがとうございました。 しかし、空気清浄機に水が入っていなかったのが残念でした。ちょっと分からないのですが、これは客が使う場合にのみ、自分で水を入れることになっているのかもしれませんが。
