They recently changed their free breakfast from a Japanese style buffet to a variety of sandwiches in soft, soft buns! Although I loved the buffet here, their soft delicious buns with multiple types of fillings are a great "grab and go" item, especially for the businessmen. She didn't know how to handle our situation when we arrived. The property is quite inflexible in our requests. There is a train that is operational, 24 hours of the day, so it can be quite noisy and disturbing when you are trying to sleep. During my entire stay in Japan, this was the worst hotel accommodation that we stayed in. I would NOT recommend. The front staff requires more training.
