It is located within 10 minutes' walking distance from a train station. The property is very clean. Staff are around 24/7, with some who can communicate in English. Check-in is at a self-kiosk. The hotel provides guests with toiletries such as cleanser, lotion, cream, razor, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bathrobes. Free breakfast is also provided but you have to let them know. They also offer luggage delivery but we had a mishap with that. Our luggage also didn't make it on time to Kyoto.
