Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. She kindly guided me to take a bus instead of trains to go to Osaka station with heavy luggage because the bus stop is located nearby the hotel and we do not need to do up-and-downs with suitcases. Small but clean room. No microwaves in a hotel room but there is one at the lobby. Small kitchen in the room. Walking distance to convenience stores and coin laundry. I would say it was a great choice for me as a solo traveler who was looking to visit the aquarium and be close to the train station. The hotel feels a bit on the older side and they still use physical keys attached to a long wooden stick that you’re required to carry around with you. While initially when I went to the room, there were no towels available a quick trip to the front desk and the kind clerk was able to provide me with fresh towels. Her kindliness did not stop there as when I returned from a long day of wandering about she was quick to provide me with a bottle of water to relieve my dry mouth . Well, I had no issues with the bathroom itself. It was kind of odd not to have a shower curtain and I felt the only way to keep the water from going all over the floor was to kneel down inside the bathtub to wash myself it seems like just a simple curtain would prevent that, but I understand that that would also require Maintenance. Overall, like I said, it was a good stay for me as a solo traveler and I was able to get a good nights sleep after my long day of walking around town.
