Room itself is fine (budget friendly, but still great). Just remeber Osaka is a busy city and not as clean as others, but the hotel and its location was great. Its on a busy street which I think makes it safer. The front office staff were also very friendly (as is the case overall in Japan) and helpful. Very convenient to subway. Not much in terms of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a huge choice at Osaka Shinsekai if one was to walk the 10 minutes plus.
