Location superb if you want to get away from the Osaka hustle and bustle and tourist crowds. Breakfasts were very well done with nice variety. Park nearby was wonderful for morning walks… despite the very hot and humid days, 10-15 degrees hotter than normal this year. Family of 5 given interconnecting rooms. Rooms are small will little storage so probably best for 2-3 nights (we lived out of a suitcase). Clean and quiet area but close to metro (3 minute walk). Free drinks (including alcohol) in the evening and kids loved the pajamas and the ‘choose your pillow’ which we’d never seen before. The breakfast was good, front desk was friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. But the rooms themselves are small. The bathroom is small. I stayed in a room with bunk bed, and I don’t understand why I had to prepare the upper bed by myself, while the one below was prepared by the cleaning staff. I had to do this again and again ever day after the room was cleaned by the staff.
