Since my tour gathered at 7 am at Shin-Osaka station, I needed to start walking from my hotel before 6:30am to ensure I find the right place to embark. But the price of the hotel is really affordable. The inside of the room is way more clean and comfortable than I thought. Some of them speak English, or at least understand it. The level of service is very good, and there were no issues during my stay. A special stand out, in 3 previous business hotels in Japan, I have never had a dryer that fully dried my clothes. No issues here! Well done. The soundproofing between the walls was fantastic, and a far cry from newer constructed business hotels. The bathroom is a standard module that has been used for decades with a smaller than usual bath by western standards. The water pressure was excellent as well as the water temperature. I would recommend this hotel as a step back in time and for the location alone.
