When we checked in, we were hit with a hidden "osaka fee" and paid extra in cash. Although it was only 800 yen, it felt like a scam as there are zero amenities, no house cleaning service and "osaka fees" aren't a real thing -it's just their added surcharge. When we got to our room, there was a smell, and we realized quickly it was coming from the washroom. It smelled like dirty subway stations where people peed on the walls. There were holes on the closet doors as well. The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location. It’s very close to the metro and shopping. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days and it has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stayed at 4 other hotels during our 15 day trip to Japan. We booked the 3 bed room here at Rozy hotel. It had a decent size tub and shower but it had mold growing everywhere!!! dark colored and red mold. I was so grossed I felt dirty taking a shower there. The beds were not any better. Pee stains on the mattress and what looked like old blood stains. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area.
