The rooms were smaller than expected and dirty. When we entered our rooms, there’re somebody’s hair on the floor and bed, stains on the kitchen wall. And the rooms were so dusty. Drying racks were rusty and hangers were dirty, just like they’ve never cleaned them. On the 2nd day of our stay, the staff didn’t conduct eco-cleaning for one of our rooms, even though we’d put a door magnet before leaving in the morning. The automatic curtain and various types of room light were impressive.
