Can get a quiet night sleep. Walking distance to supermarket and amenities store. Train station 10 mins walk and has its own shuttle bus to train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful.
