"Everything was wonderful about this hotel - except the two elevators you need to use to get to and from your room. It was very clean, the gym is nice, there's filtered water and ice just down the hall, great baggage transport, and close to the train station. The room is very small, but I understand that that's pretty common in Japan. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."
