Like a king or a queen you are treated. No amount of words can describe this establishment. Will be returning several times over.Immaculate style design and artistic environment with best fixture and fittings. So so luxurious, it is simply outsatanding.
Everything is good. Two small things need to be awarded of: Breakfast was too crowded at 7:00AM. If you want to have breakfast, after 7:30 is better. Reservations for onsite restaurants are extremely hard.
Favourite hotel of our stay in Japan.
Great room, great staff.
Only issue we had is the hard beds, we aren’t used to them and hence got a bit of back ache from sleeping on them.
Other than that perfect stay.
Gorgeous view of the river from room. Area is well separated from the bustle of the city, so area is nice and quiet. Would have preferred for an option to pay for all drinks and snacks besides the complimentary water upfront.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
A very quiet location with free shuttle to the train station.
In general Japanese staff are always extremely professional. The biggest issue we have with this hotel is that its gym facilities open only to club members and hotel guests have to pay a high price (almost the same as a one evening stay in the hotel) in order to go.
This really is a bumper and it makes us feel less welcoming in this hotel.
We highly recommend as hospitality was outstanding! Everyone gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful in giving us information about sightseeing. They made us feel more than welcome and it was great fun talking to the entire staff. The accommodations were excellent, with lots of amenities. Nice turn down service. The room had a great view of Osaka and convenient to the river walk.
Japan is an exceptional country. Cleanliness and courtesy are part of the culture. The Imperial magnifies these qualities. Osaka Castle is a thirty minute walk away. Walking along the riverfront is also a delight. There is an outdoor open air shopping arcade 10 minutes walk away, and walking to the main train station, where there is amazing shopping, is about 30 minutes. From there the whole of Japan is accessible on a remarkable train network. Nara is about an hour away. The room was spacious and meticulously serviced each day. There is a free hotel shuttle to the main station as well.
The hotel was very nice with lots of positives; the room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient with the free shuttle to and from Osaka station and the food was excellent. What truly made the hotel stand out though was the staff. They gave me a very warm welcome and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. I could not say enough good words about them.
Incredible property. Solid breakfast and it is 4,000 yen in person so definitely add it before, it is high quality and worth it (I paid separately, much to my chagrin). Beautiful property. Amazing, friendly staff. Amazing flute and live music in the lobby. True 5 star professional hotel amazing experience.
Having stayed at many hotels, I was thoroughly impressed with how wonderful this hotel is. Our view of the river was spectacular when waking up. It was tough to leave because I felt so well cared for by each staff member. I would stay here again when I come back to Osaka
