Which is an absolute scam. Only two room keys are issued in the beginning of the stay but if you lose a room key you have to be escorted to your room. I understand the security purpose but 70 dollars/10,000 yen for a piece of plastic is an outright scam. Its in the quiet side of namba and about 7 to 10 mins walk to the namba/nankai terminal, namba parks. I like the place because its clean and quiet yet near places of action. It was on the smaller side but not at all too small. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel, but walked to the shops and restaurants near the train/metro station. Breakfast room smelled good though! The service was really great! They securely stored our bags until check in time, and then even brought them up to our room so they were waiting there for us when we checked in. Fresh towels were privded every day, and they also provided all the amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc, and even pyjamas. Bathroom was very nice, clean and had a small but deep bath tub. Smoking area is just downstairs.
