The location is superb, which is just accross Kansai Namba station. Ample foods and shopping option nearby, direct train to airport, short walk to Dotanbori. All the checkin - check out are done with a QR quote, if you need help, you can email staff there or if you come into the foyer, they will talk to you over the speaker. First experience for me, but maybe their target to cut costs. I thought the room was extremely small. Basically, if you have 4 futons unfolded there is no room for luggage or to move in the room. We stayed on the 1st floor so when anybody checked in, the sound was very noisy in our room (like they were talking loudly outside an open door). The style and design of the hotel was pretty.
