It was a really nice hotel, less than 4 minutes walking from the subway station and near dozens of places to eat. Really nice surroundings. I just wish the cleaning maintenance and the wifi at the hotel was better. Staff was very helpful.

The best thing about this hotel is the distance to Dotonbori, combini and shopping areas. Other than that, it's not stroller-friendly (or wheelchair accessible), it's pretty outdated, and on the smaller side.

Convenient hotel. Staff very kind, polite and professional. Clean room. Bedding was of good quality. The location to the hotel is very convenient and close to the station. There are many shops and restaurants close to the hotel.

Big sizable room by Japan standards. Close proximity to Shinsaibashi and shopping district at Dotonbori. Has a 7-11 opposite and a Family Mart around the corner. Only gripe was that sometimes late at night you get bikers that rev their engines loudly as they ride by. Understandably, this is beyond the hotels control (we stayed 5 nights, it happened two or three times). Still, overall a solid hotel stay. Would stay again.

great location, a minute walk to subway and a few minutes walk to Shinsaibaishi and Dotonbori. Staff are polite and helpful. There is no view but that is fine to me. Only one downside that is the water pressure of the facial basin is too weak

Good location

It is easy to find. 2 blocks from Shinsaibashi station. Walking distance to shopping areas and food places, like Dotonburi. There's a 7-11 just across from lobby entrance to get that on-the-go food 24/7. Rooms aren't brand new but definitely good enough for my standards. Showers were quite small, had to lean for the showers, and I'm average height. I would stay here again. Decent place for the price. Staff were really friendly and super helpful.

I’ve stayed at other MyStay and this wasn’t the best. Location 10, staff 8, cleanliness 6. It smells like cigarettes everywhere in the floor I’ve stayed There’s no ramp to bring up your luggage from the street. Suuuper convenient location though, only reason I booked!

Hotel is located less than a 4 mins walk from exit 7 of Shinsaibashi station. Approximately 10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi street and Dotonburi about 15 mins away. However, did not rate 5 starts for this review as the carpet in the room we had was dirty upon check in. There was also no bottled water provided. Reception was fluent in english, and check in/out process was smooth.
